Uber - Safety
As Uber started building new features, tools and teams that focused on rider and driver safety our new head of global marketing built a small team of a creative director, copywriter and myself to produce a series of animated videos that use Instagram Stories as a hero channel. While putting thoughts together around how people consume content on IG Stories we landed on taking advantage of tapping through stories to help build stories that bring awareness to Uber’s focus on safety. We developed concepts with Psyop and Buck to find the best ways to engage viewers and ultimately moved forward with illustrating, designing and producing with Buck. This work led to an increase of 150% in rich engagement on social media through comments, direct messages and shares from the previous series of animated content designed for Uber’s social media.
